olive oil face cream

This is probably my favorite product. I will never use anything else on my face. The olive oil face cream serves as a cleanser, makeup remover, and moisturizer. It also has a tendency to clear blemishes. I have dry skin, and I find that I still don't need a separate moisturizer; and Lara, owner of ...by Lara, says that it doesn't feel too heavy on her more oily skin. I think this will work great for every skin type.

This is also really great for dry skin spots on other areas of the body. My daughter has had some eczema issues, and it really helps in clearing that as well! This products also works wonders on diaper rashes!

Ingredients: olive oil, water, beeswax, sodium borate

Please be careful not to introduce any water into the container, as this will dramatically decrease the shelf life of this product.

facial scrub

This scrub is essential for exfoliating and softening the face and neck. It comes in a dry form for flexibility. Mix in your palm with Gibson Girl Cosmetics olive oil face cream or use plain water or plain yogurt. Use 2-3 times/week. Avoid scrubbing blemishes, as this will likely cause them to spread to other areas of the face.

Ingredients: dead sea salt, oats, wheat germ, essential oils

leave-in conditioner

I use this product on myself and my daughter everyday. It's a nice, light spritzer than can be used either instead of or in addition to traditional conditioner. It leaves the hair soft, smooth, and tangle free. Although this container only holds 4 ounces, it will last quite awhile.

Ingredients: distilled water, conditioner (purified water, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, castor oil, stearalkonium chloride, cetrimonium chloride, DMDM hydantoin), essential oils

Directions: Shake well. Spray on wet or dry hair for smoothing, softening, and detangling. Suitable for children and all hair types.

The base I use for my liquid soaps is a highly moisturizing, 100% vegetable solution with no surfactants, propylene glycol, SLS or artificial colors. It was the best, all-natural soap base I could find. You may find that it doesn't "suds" like most conventional soaps. This is because there is no SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), the harmful chemical found in most soaps (even baby soaps). My soaps contain no alcohol or harmful products to dry your skin! Glycerin, a natural emollient, draws moisture out of the air to benefit skin health. It cleanses without stripping or upsetting the delicate natural pH balance necessary for soft, healthy skin. And, since there are no heavy animal oils, our soap rinses clean and leaves no soapy film behind.

Chamomile Tea and Lavender
This herbal soap is calming and gentle. My whole family uses this soap, both for bathing and hand-washing. It is a gentle, safe formula, and although we have never had any problems, it is not "tear free," as there is no anesthetic agents added as in conventional baby products.

I have discontinued my baby wipe concentrate, but this soap could actually double as a baby wipe concentrate. Just add a few drops of soap plus about 6oz of distilled water. A few drops of tea tree oil would also be a great addition.
